Loreto 2025 Property Tax Discounts
Each year, the municipal government offers incentives to regularize overdue property taxes and the payment of upcoming taxes usually starting in October or November.
This year’s annual property tax discount discounts have begun.
The municipality of Loreto has officially kicked off its annual property tax discount program, and it is worth taking advantage of:
• 30% Off in November & December: Pay your 2025 property taxes early in November or December for a 30% discount!
• 20% Off in January: If you need a bit more time or don’t have a trip planned to Loreto yet, paying in January still grants you a substantial 20% discount.
• 10% Off in February: Even in February, you can benefit from a 10% discount on your property taxes.
• Plus, during any of these months, Clear 50% Off Any Past Surcharges: Settle any outstanding surcharges from previous years overdue with a 50% discount!
How to Take Advantage of These Property Tax Discounts
Paying your property taxes and availing these discounts is simple:
• Where to Pay: Head over to the Treasury Office in City Hall, located in the plaza.
• When to Pay: Open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Payment Methods: credit/debit card or cash in pesos.
